Location next to cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, which is a great place to shop and Toorak rd /Chpel st shopping area and trams to town. Lots of good food for meals. Really helpful staff, fast check in.

Location is central. Apartment is clean. Lots of space for 2 adults and 1 child. Queen bed. Bed is quite high though. Lots of space in the living room. 500mb of free wifi. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Lots of power sockets. Near to food and shopping - this is city area after all.
No lift. Apartments are 3 storeys high. If you have a lot of luggage, it might be a good idea to request for a ground unit. Guest laudry room at the first level - coin operated. No dryer. Very limited parking sapce - about 5 cars only. Pray that you can get a parking space.

Quiet and clean
Only some tea and coffee and milk in the room. Was told there would be more than that as for a small breakfast.

Close to shopping although we didn't stay for that reason.
You could everything from apartments above and beside you. This went on until 2:30am on one night. Kitchen sink needed a clean and glasses weren't that clean either.

close to the botanical gardens and tram line no 8, parking included
housekeeping lady opened the door without knocking, and starred at me wearing only underwear don't know for how long. Once I realized that I told her to shut the door but it took me a few good seconds to convince her :) apart from that we were staying at 3rd floor, no lift which meant a lot of weightlifting

Close to shops, parking good.
Very basic apartment,noisy,bedroom very small. shower head would not stay up couldent adjust as screw was seized, not a pleasent stay.

The location is excellent. Close to the train station, close to tram stops and Coles to shopping and cafe/restaurants. 5 minutes to city by train.
Although the unit has been spruced up the smell of stale cigarettes was a bit off putting. After buying some room deodorisers (these made no difference) I informed reception and they did try to help. But it seems the smell was there to stay!
